Ebook — No refund once downloaded
If your file is faulty or undelivered, we replace or refund immediately. Downloaded and working files are non-refundable by law.
Physical Products
POD — Defective or wrong items refunded
Damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced items are replaced or refunded at no cost. Report within 30 days of receipt with photo evidence.
Refund Processing
All refunds within 14 days
Once a refund is approved, we process it within 14 days via your original payment method. No deductions, no fees.

justclickstyle.com is committed to fair, transparent, and legally compliant refund practices. Every product we sell — whether a digital ebook or a physical print-on-demand item — is described honestly and produced to a high standard.

This Refund Policy complies fully with:

  • UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 — including Chapter 3, Section 45 covering digital content rights
  • Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 — covering online distance selling
  • FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (MITOR) — USA federal refund requirements

Nothing in this policy reduces or removes your statutory rights under applicable law. Your legal rights always apply regardless of what this policy says.

Digital Products — Ebook

justclickstyle.com sells a digital ebook delivered by email download upon purchase. The following refund terms apply.

When You Are Entitled to a Full Refund

  • Your file is corrupt, unreadable, or fails to open correctly
  • You did not receive your download email and it cannot be resent successfully
  • The content of the ebook is materially different from how it was described on the product page
  • A critical section of the ebook is missing or incomplete due to a file error
  • You have not yet downloaded the file and request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase

When a Refund Is Not Available

  • You have successfully downloaded and opened the file — digital content that has been delivered and accessed cannot be returned
  • You have changed your mind after downloading
  • You feel the content did not match your personal expectations, style, or taste — provided it accurately matched the product description
  • You purchased the ebook as a gift and the recipient does not want it
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake after successfully downloading it

Important — UK Law: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel digital content purchases. However, this right is waived once you begin the download. At checkout, you will be asked to confirm that you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your cancellation right ends upon download. This is required by UK law and protects both parties.

Technical issues: If you experience any difficulty downloading or opening your ebook, please contact us at justclickstyle.com/contact before requesting a refund. In most cases we can resolve file delivery issues immediately.

Physical Products — Print-on-Demand

justclickstyle.com sells physical print-on-demand products manufactured to order by a third-party fulfilment partner. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for your order, the following refund terms apply.

When You Are Entitled to a Full Refund or Free Replacement

  • The item arrived damaged or defective through no fault of your own
  • The print quality is significantly poor — blurred, faded, misaligned, or otherwise not as shown on the product page
  • You received the wrong item — wrong design, wrong product, or wrong size from what you ordered
  • The item was lost in transit and not delivered within the stated delivery window
  • The item does not match the description provided on the product page at the time of purchase

Evidence required: To process a defective or incorrect item claim, we require a clear photograph of the item showing the issue, along with your order number. This allows us to assess your claim and raise it with our fulfilment partner promptly. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

When a Refund Is Not Available

  • You ordered the wrong size — please check size guides carefully before purchasing
  • You changed your mind after the item was produced
  • Minor colour variations between screen display and printed product — slight variations are normal due to screen calibration and print process differences
  • The item was damaged after delivery through misuse or accident
  • Claims submitted more than 30 days after receiving your order

Custom-Made Exception — UK Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. However, this right does not apply to goods that are custom-made or personalised to your specifications.

All justclickstyle.com print-on-demand products are manufactured specifically for each individual order. As a result, the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply once production has begun. This is a lawful exception under Schedule 3, Regulation 28(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

This exception does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Those rights always apply.

Defective Items — Do Not Return Without Contacting Us First

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please do not return it without contacting us first. In most cases, we will arrange a free replacement without requiring you to return the original item. We will only request a return where strictly necessary and will provide a prepaid return label if so.

UK Consumer Rights — Your Statutory Rights

If you are based in the United Kingdom, your rights under the following legislation apply to all purchases from justclickstyle.com and cannot be excluded by our policy:

Under UK law, when a refund is due, we must process it within 14 days of agreeing to the refund, using the same payment method you used to purchase. We cannot charge a fee for processing a refund.

US Customer Rights

For customers in the United States, our refund practices comply with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (MITOR), which requires that refunds be issued promptly for undelivered or materially misrepresented products.

  • If you do not receive a product you paid for, you are entitled to a full refund
  • If a product is materially different from how it was described, you are entitled to a full refund
  • Refunds for US customers are processed within 7 business days of approval via the original payment method
  • California residents retain all additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and applicable state consumer protection law

US customers are also protected by our general refund terms set out in this policy, which are designed to be fair and reasonable for all customers worldwide.

What We Do Not Refund

The following are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law:

  • Digital ebook purchases where the file has been successfully downloaded and opened
  • Change of mind after a purchase where the product was accurately described and functions correctly
  • Print-on-demand items where the customer ordered an incorrect size or colour
  • Products damaged by the customer after delivery
  • Delivery charges, where the product itself is not faulty
  • Refund requests submitted outside the applicable timeframes stated in this policy
  • Purchases made through third-party affiliate retailers — these are governed by that retailer's own refund policy

Note on affiliate purchases: justclickstyle.com is not responsible for refunds on products purchased through affiliate links on this website. All affiliate purchase refunds must be requested directly from the retailer (e.g. Amazon, fashion retailers). We have no access to your order or payment details from third-party purchases.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Refunds are always processed to your original payment method. We cannot issue refunds to a different card, account, or method
  • We do not charge any fee for processing a refund
  • Once a refund is processed by us, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to return the funds to your account — this is outside our control
  • We will send you an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for physical print-on-demand products in the following circumstances only:

  • The item you received is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item, design, or size from what you ordered

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size ordered by the customer, or any reason outside of defect or error on our part.

To request an exchange, follow the same process as a refund request in Section 07. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. Approved exchanges are dispatched within 5 business days of approval.

We do not offer exchanges for digital products. If your ebook file is faulty, we will provide a corrected replacement file or a full refund.

Fraudulent Claims

We handle all refund requests in good faith and ask that our customers do the same. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, including but not limited to:

  • Claims of non-delivery where delivery confirmation exists
  • Claims of defect that are not supported by photographic evidence
  • Multiple refund requests from the same customer for the same type of issue
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue

Customers who initiate a chargeback through their bank or PayPal without first requesting a refund through our process may be restricted from making future purchases on justclickstyle.com.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Material changes that affect your rights will be communicated to newsletter subscribers by email. Your statutory rights under applicable law are not affected by any changes to this policy.
